Beyond the six named regions, Rockstar’s trailers and press kit show a recurring set of smaller location types — clubs, bars, beaches, a safehouse — without always naming them individually. Splitting each into its own thin page would bury the useful comparison; this hub tracks all of them together, honestly labeled for how confirmed each one is.

Nightclubs

Vice City’s club scene shows up repeatedly in official media — neon interiors, DJ booths, packed dance floors — almost always tied to Drequan Priest and his connection to Real Dimez. Rockstar hasn’t named a single club, and whether they’re ownable (like GTA Online’s nightclub business) is unconfirmed.

Ocean & Coastline

Wildlife confirmed

Open ocean surrounds Leonida on nearly every side — the Leonida Keys, the Vice City shoreline, and the water between them. Dolphins, sharks, sea turtles and reef fish are all confirmed via official footage (full roster: Wildlife); a dedicated diving/underwater system beyond swimming is not.

Bars

Dive bars turn up across multiple regions, most often around Cal Hampton, who appears in them with both Jason and on his own. A pool table is visible in one — see Activities for whether that’s a minigame or scenery. None of the bars are named.

Safehouse

Confirmed

Every mainline GTA gives its protagonist a personal safehouse, and Rockstar’s only detailed look at one comes through the Ultimate Edition’s bonus vehicle stash — pick a Dinka Enduro plus Crest Kayak, or a modded Vapid Ganado, stored here. How many safehouses Jason and Lucia get individually, and what the interior looks like beyond the vehicle bay, isn’t shown.

Beaches

Named districts

Vice City’s official district list names two beachfront areas — Vice Beach and Ocean Beach, the latter also home to the Vintage Vice City Pack’s Shore Court Garage. Any beach-specific activity (volleyball, sunbathing interactions) hasn’t been shown one way or the other.

Motels

Named by Rockstar

Port Gellhorn’s own region description names a fading motel strip directly — the Starlet chief among them — the one Leonida sub-location Rockstar’s own copy actually gave a name. Whether rooms work as a usable safehouse-style mechanic isn’t detailed.

Leonida Penitentiary

Confirmed — Trailer 1

The prison Lucia Caminos is released from at the very start of Trailer 1 — the game’s opening location. Rockstar hasn’t shown the interior beyond that release scene, and no other story beats have been tied to it since.
